Nancy Oliveri is an American fine art photographer who was born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1958. She studied film and photography at the Hartford Art School in the early eighties and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York City. Her photographic projects and 9 self published photo books have been the recipients of numerous international awards and honours including the Tokyo International Foto Awards, the PX3- Photographie de la Paris, the Urban Street Awards in Trieste, Italy and the Pollux and Julia Margaret Cameron Awards in Berlin and Barcelona. Her work has been featured in WhiteHot Magazine for Contemporary Art, Musee Magazine, L'Oeil, The Eye of Photography, Float and the South x Southeast Photography Magazine. Her work is in private collections internationally and in the US.
